Khartoum - Lieutenant-General Yasser Abdel-Rahman Al-Atta member of the Transitional Military Council declared the agreement between the Council and Freedom and Change Forces on the full powers of sovereignty and the Council, the Council of Ministers and the Legislative Council.
He stressed during a joint press conference this evening after negotiations between the Council and Freedom and Change, it was agreed that the transitional period of three years and the first six months to be allocated for signing of the peace agreements and to stop the war in the country.
Al-Atta explained that it was agreed on the composition of the Legislative Council of 300 members allocated 67% of it for Freedom and Change Forces 33% for other non-signatory to the declaration of freedom and change in consultation between the Council's sovereign and Freedom and Change Forces
The Military Council and Freedom and Change Forces Agree on the Powers of the Three Councils

For his part, Abbas Madani from Freedom and Change Forces confirmed that it was agreed on the formation of a sovereign Council by consensus between the military Council and Freedom and Change Forces and the Council of Ministers is nominated by Freedom and Change Forces and the Legislative Council are chosen 67% of it from the Freedom and Change Forces, and 33% of it in consultation between the Sovereignty Council and Freedom and Change Forces.
He added that it was agreed to form a joint committee to deal with any attempts targets the sit-in and the formation of a joint committee to follow up the other work in the committees of inquiry and the Joint Commission.
